For Western Province (Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara), deliveries usually arrive within 1-2 business days. For all other districts across the island, standard courier delivery takes 2-4 business days from artisan dispatch.
Our artisans and packaging team take extraordinary care. All delicate items are wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap, cushioned with natural biodegradable coir fibers or air pillows, and placed in heavy-duty cardboard boxes clearly labeled 'Fragile'.
Yes! Elart proudly ships worldwide via DHL Express and Sri Lanka Post EMS. International orders arrive within 5-10 business days with customs export documentation provided.
Domestic islandwide delivery is a flat Rs. 450. Orders over Rs. 10,000 qualify for FREE standard domestic shipping! International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Once your artisan studio dispatches your order, you will receive an SMS and email with your courier tracking number. You can also enter your tracking number anytime on our Track Order page.
Every physical craft shipment is protected by our Elart Transit Guarantee. If an item arrives damaged, simply take photos of the box and product within 48 hours of delivery and contact [email protected] for an immediate free replacement or full refund.
